The Verizon Call Assistant captures specific information
about your incoming calls and presents this information to
you on the Web, through a personal desktop client or by
Call Assistant's Visual Voicemail feature allows you to
access, review and play your voice mail from either your
Call Assistant desktop client or Web site. You will also be
able to save voice mail messages to your computer.
Manage and update all of your contacts and more in one
convenient location! You can access your address book
from the Call Assistant's desktop client, Web page or by
phone. Use your address book's "Search" functionality to
quickly and easily find your contact.
See Who's Calling You
When you receive an incoming call while using the
personal desktop client, a screen will pop up on your
computer displaying the name and number of the
caller, if available. Also, a screen will pop up and notify
you when someone has left a voice mail message.
