FiOS TV Central - Remote DVR*
You can now visit the FiOS TV
Central website on your computer – a site geared specifically towards FiOS TV customers and currently
serving as home to exciting movie trailers and an online listing of our extensive Video On Demand library.
Soon we will be enhancing this site to provide a new set of features for Home Media DVR package
subscribers, including the capability to browse and search TV listings, remotely program their DVR a
nd set parental controls from any computer connected to the Internet.
*To access this feature, customers must use an ASTB (Advanced Set Top Box): High Def STB, High Def DVR or Standard Def DVR.
Customer also needs to be a Home Media DVR subscriber.

ESPN Fantasy Sports (NFL only) *For the Fantasy sports fan in your household - FiOS TV now provides a way to link your online ESPN fantasy sports account with your TV for a truly interactive experience. This feature provides personalized Fantasy Football Stats displayed on-screen for ESPN online registered customers only. Fantasy Stats views include Rosters, Box Scores, Scoring Leaders, and Player information (for the NFL only). *Requires ASTB and/or Phase 3 standard STB (QIP 2500/P3) What do I need to start using the ESPN Fantasy Sports feature? In addition to a compatible Verizon set-top box, you will need to establish an ESPN.com account from your computer if you do not already have one. Simply go to ESPN.com and follow the prompts to set up your account. You can then return to the fantasy sports application on FiOS TV to check stats and get updates directly on your television. Can I view more than one fantasy sports account on the same Set-Top Box? Yes, you can set up as many as five ESPN user accounts to be viewed on one Set-Top Box. |

Multi-room Digital Video Recorder (DVR)
You can now stream content from your Multi-room DVR in HD!
This feature provides the ability to use an HD STB (set-top box) as a terminal
with the Multi-room DVR service offering. Before, only a standard STB provided this capability.
This means you can now stream content from your Multi-room DVR to HD STBs (without DVRs) in other
locations within your household, as long as you are subscribed to the Home Media DVR package.
Purchase the Media Manager package and/or Premium channel packages in a flash without having to call us!
You can now add the Media Manager feature to your Home Media DVR or Premium channel packages just
by using your remote control. Simply locate Media Manager on the main menu of the Interactive
Media Guide (IMG),or tune to the channel package that you would like to subscribe to, and point and
click – the IMG will guide you step-by-step to complete your purchase. Get the services you want
quickly and easily on your time!
You can now use your HD Set-Top Box to remotely view programs you record on your DVR!
Does this mean that I have to replace my Standard Definition (SD) boxes with High Definition (HD) boxes in order to use the multi-room feature?
No, you do not need to replace your SD Set-Top Boxes. This enhancement allows you to stream DVR content throughout your home, including to remote HD Set-Top Boxes.

FiOS TV Games*
Now FiOS TV customers with compatible Set Top Boxes
* will have access to a growing array of entertaining
games that can be played directly on the television screen. These casual gaming options will
initially include games such as Chess, Sudoku and Solitaire, with many more to come.
With this enhancement FiOS TV has brought some of your favorite casual PC games to your
television set. In the near future, the FiOS TV interactive gaming environment will also
feature many game titles that are designed to offer our customers a low-cost gaming experience
as an alternative to standalone gaming systems. Our game library varies widely and grows day
by day, offering options from children’s educational games to action/thriller selections for
teens and adults. Many of these gaming options will be free to subscribers while some will be
available for a fee which will give access to 24 hours of play.

Can any Set-Top Box be used to access the new Verizon FiOS TV Games?
No, access to most games will require either a Standard Definition or HD DVR STB or a HD STB. Some games can be played on a standard (non-HD) STB.
Is there a fee associated with playing these games?
Many Verizon FiOS TV Games are free! However, some games will require a fee that varies depending on the
type of game. Game prices are clearly displayed on the program information page for each game, and the fee allows access to 24 hours of game play.
How will I know when new games become available?
You can always check what games are available by accessing the Games feature via the Main Menu and viewing the games list.
Can I set Parental Controls to prevent children in my household from accessing certain games?
Yes, you can use the Parental Controls settings in the Settings menu to block access to games by rating. These
ratings are provided by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). Simply go to the Main Menu, select Settings, and select Parental Controls to create or enter your 4-digit PIN and block games by rating.

Widgets
Widgets will now connect customers to more than just weather and
traffic information. The newest additions to the Widgets selection will include
such items as Headline News, Sports News, Horoscopes and even Community Widgets by
zip code. You can stay connected to the content that interests you.
What are Widgets?
Widgets are helpful information tools easily accessible from your FiOS TV
service. Widgets give you easy one-touch access to useful real-time
info such as news, sports, traffic, weather, horoscopes, community
information* and What’s Hot on FiOS TV.
* Community information not available in all areas.
How do I access Widgets and make them viewable on my TV?
Simply press the ‘Widgets’ or ‘A’ button on your remote to launch a small bar across the top or bottom
of your TV screen. The currently playing program will be scaled back to accommodate the Widgets bar.
Where can I learn more about Widgets and how to adjust the associated settings?
Our online help site contains a host of more detailed information about Widgets as
well as many of our other IMG features. Access online help by visiting verizon.com/help and selecting the FiOS TV option.

What's Hot on TV and VOD Want to know what the most popular programming on
FiOS TV is? With the “What’s Hot on TV” feature you can do just that. This enhancement
provides a ranking of the most popular programming on FiOS TV, as well as the most-viewed
movies, events and free content that we provide via our extensive Video On Demand library.
This feature is perfect when you’re just not sure what to watch!
How do I access the “What’s Hot” list via my IMG?
Press the ‘Widgets’ or ‘A’ button on your remote to launch the Widgets bar and scroll until you see the What’s Hot
Widget. This information may also be available on the Main Menu of the IMG, or within individual menu items such as DVR or Search.
Are the What’s Hot lists captured by genre, provider, or time of day?
What’s Hot lists are generated by time of day, allowing you to quickly get access to the most popular programs and movies coming up soon. Just access the
What’s Hot Widget or menu and select a title that interests you to start watching it.
